Our webshop specializes in individual Playmobil parts originating from original Playmobil sets. All parts are manually sorted, inspected and cleaned before being stored in our warehouse and offered for sale.
As these are pre-owned items, signs of use may be present. Despite our careful inspection process, a minor defect or detail may occasionally be overlooked. This may include small cracks, slight discoloration, residual marks or subtle color differences between parts from different production batches or manufacturing periods.
Product images on the website generally serve as reference images of the listed item. When identical parts become available again, a new image is not created for each incoming item. If a part shows a specific or noticeable defect, it is listed as a separate product with its own image and adjusted description.
In rare cases, an item may unexpectedly be unavailable due to a stock discrepancy, despite careful inventory management.
